Start with a freshly cleansed and toned face. Using your ring finger, dab a pea-sized amount of the SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream around your eye area. Gently pat until it's fully absorbed. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer to seal it all in.
To help your skin adjust, begin using SEOUL 1988 Retinal Eye Cream twice a week during the first two weeks. In weeks three and four, you can bump it up to every other night. If your skin is tolerating the eye cream well by week five, feel free to use it nightly.
