At Song of Skin, we love surprising our customers with free gifts. To keep things fair and consistent during promotions, please review the policy below. By placing an order during any promotional period, you agree to the following terms.

How Gift Tiers Work

Free gifts are awarded based on your final subtotal after all discounts, promotions, and promo codes are applied.
Each free gift has a specific minimum spend requirement. You must meet the required minimum after discounts to qualify for that gift tier.

If a discount or promo code lowers your subtotal below a tier amount, the corresponding free gift will be automatically removed during checkout.

Cart, Pop-Ups & Order Preview

Please note:

  • Gifts shown in the cart, pop-ups, banners, product pages, or order previews are provisional and not guaranteed.

  • Shopify and other checkout systems may temporarily display gifts before the final subtotal is calculated.

  • Final gift eligibility is determined only after checkout is completed with all discounts applied.

Order confirmation emails may reflect pre-discount previews, but the actual free gifts included in your shipment are based solely on your final qualifying subtotal at the time of purchase.

System-Calculated Gift Eligibility

Gift eligibility is automatically calculated by our checkout system based on the rules above.
Once an order is placed, gift eligibility cannot be manually added, adjusted, or overridden.

Eligibility Rules

  • One free gift per order, per customer, per shipping address, per promotion period.

  • Free gifts cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • Gift promos cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Offers are valid only while supplies last.

Availability & Substitution

Free gifts are subject to availability.
Song of Skin may substitute a gift with an item of equal or greater value at our discretion, depending on inventory.

Final Sale on Promotional Orders

All promotional orders that include free gifts are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
