All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided.
$13.95 will be deducted from your return to cover the restocking fee
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reach back in bank.

Please Note: Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will refunded for the return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
Products On SALE during PROMOTIONS are not eligible for refund. Site-wide sales are not eligible for any refund.
** Products shipped to INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS ARE not eligible for any refund. THIS includes Canada & Any Country outside of U.S. **
Kindly be aware that for international packages, any custom fees imposed by your country are not within our responsibility. The shipping fee we collect solely covers the cost of shipping and is unrelated to any custom charges imposed by your country.
In the event that the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be deemed abandoned. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any refunds in such cases.
- There is a One Hour Grace Period in which you can cancel your order - after that period your order is in the process of fulfillment.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
● All SAMPLES/ FREE GIFTS GIVEN WITH ORDER MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND UNUSED OTHERWISE THE COST OF Item/Gifts will be deducted from your Order.
