RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@thesongofskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

 *( ONLY APPROVED ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED) *

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A label will be provided through email, the prepaid shipping label, $13.95 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reach back in bank. 

* Please note only the items approved for return will be accepted and refunded*

 Please Note:  Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will refunded for the return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded. 

Products On SALE during PROMOTIONS are not eligible for refund. Site-wide sales are not eligible for any refund.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

     ●     Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.

    ●     All SAMPLES/ FREE GIFTS GIVEN WITH ORDER MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND UNUSED OTHERWISE THE COST OF Item/Gifts will be deducted from your Order.

* We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders including Canada.  We are also not responsible any duties or custom fees which are imposed after we ship the order*

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Damaged Package Items
