Numbuzin NO.5 Vitamin Niacinamide Concentrated Toner Pad

Use this pad after cleansing. Place the Jelly side of the pad on the skin and leave it for 3 - 5 mins. Afterwards, lightly wipe the skin with the cotton side of the pid. Gently pat any remaining essence to allow absorption.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: There is no free shipping for international orders. All orders ship from the United States.

If an international shipment is refused or returned to sender, original shipping fees are non-refundable and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
