Thank you for shopping with Song of Skin. Below are the terms of our shipping policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 4–7 business days for processing before an order is shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If you need an expedited processing request, you may contact us at hello@songofskin.com and we will do our best to assist, though expedited processing is not guaranteed.
U.S. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
USPS Ground Advantage (1–7 business days)

Orders over $45 (after discounts, excluding taxes and gift cards): FREE

Orders under $45: $6 flat rate
USPS Priority Mail (1–5 business days)

$12 flat rate (contiguous United States)
Transit times are estimates and begin once the carrier scans the package. Transit does not include processing time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping subject to destination availability.
International delivery typically takes 5–30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
International shipping fees:

Orders over $150 (after discounts, excluding taxes and gift cards): $65

Orders under $150: $45
There is no free international shipping.
Import Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
International customers may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout and must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Delivery Issues — Lost / Stolen / Misdelivered
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” Song of Skin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, you may:

check with household members or neighbors

check around the delivery location

contact the carrier to file a claim
We are happy to assist where we can, but carriers control lost/stolen claims.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Song of Skin is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipment fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender by the carrier, original shipping fees are non-refundable and any carrier return fees may be deducted if applicable. Any refund due (if eligible per our Refund Policy) will be processed once the returned package is received and inspected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
