1. After cleansing, put the right amount of the PHA Toner on a cotton pad.
2. Apply the cotton pad on your skin for 3-5 mintues.
3. Gently swipe off the cotton pad and pat the residue on the skin to absorb it.

Please note: There is no free shipping for international orders. All orders ship from the United States.

If an international shipment is refused or returned to sender, original shipping fees are non-refundable and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
