USPS Priority (1-5 Days)
Shipping (contiguous US) is a flat rate of $12.00 for USPS Priority (1-5 days).
Processing Time - 4-7 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (5-30) Business Days , some countries can take longer as we ship by usps.com or UPS.com

Note* The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.* If you refuse the shipment and it gets returned to us, you will be charge all return fee that is imposed by the carrier plus original shipping will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any lost package for any refusal of packages. If so no refund will be given. We will not give any refund unless we receive the package back in our hands.

All orders are directly shipped from Queens, NY. Orders will be shipped and processed within 4-7 business days. A Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is processed.

All orders will ship within (1-3 business day) after the order is placed. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday – Sunday will ship out WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS Shipping times *do not include processing time.*
Please note *Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible to undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incomplete address provided by buyer, if package is returned back to us, recipient will need to pay for the shipping fee to resend. If buyer decide they do not want to reship, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the shipping fee we originally sent out.

Kindly be aware that for international packages, any custom fees imposed by your country are not within our responsibility. The shipping fee we collect solely covers the cost of shipping and is unrelated to any custom charges imposed by your country.
In the event that the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be deemed abandoned. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any refunds in such cases.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS ( INCLUDING CANADA )
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@thesongofskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
*( ONLY APPROVED ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED) *
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A label will be provided through email, the prepaid shipping label, $9.95 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to reach back in bank.

Please Note: Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will refunded for the return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
Products On SALE during PROMOTIONS are not eligible for refund. Site-wide sales are not eligible for any refund.
