Recipe:

    •    1 cup warm (not boiling) water

    •    Juice of ½ fresh lemon


Optional: pinch of sea salt for minerals

Cucumber + Mint + Chlorophyll Water

• Antioxidant support

Recipe:

    •    1 cup filtered water

    •    3–4 cucumber slices

    •    3–5 fresh mint leaves

    •    5–10 drops liquid chlorophyll


Let sit 5–10 minutes before drinking.

Coconut Water + Pomegranate

Recipe:

    •    1 cup pure coconut water

    •    2–3 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds

    •    Optional squeeze of lime


Serve chilled or over ice.
